M1884 45-70 trapdoor carbine, with M1890 modification barrel band. Serial number 451325. Metal parts have a pleasing medium patina overall with a scattered light uncleaned grime. Stock shows average wear with scattered moderate dings, overall solid and free of cracks. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
