C1760-80 American musket. 37-1/2" barrel. Has unusual pewter furniture that has confirmed presence of lead that was used in antique pewter. Done in the general style of a British second model brown bess. Missing sling swivels and frizzen spring, a reproduction is included that would need to be fitted. Metal parts have overall light pitting. Stock has been cleaned and a light finish added with scattered worn chips and dings. Hammer does not have spring tension. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
