French M1822 percussion rifled musket

French Mle 1822 percussion rifled musket, marked by Tulle arsenal on lock. Metal parts are a mix of medium patina and lightly cleaned surfaces where the overall light granular pitting preserves a darker patina. Buttplate has medium pitting. Stock is very good, cartouched in butt, appears free of cracks, showing numerous minor handling marks overall. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
