Japanese matchlock musket. 41" barrel with family mon crest near breech. Metal parts have a medium to dark patina overall with a little minor rust and some scattered pitting on the barrel. Stock is very good, showing average wear and use, appearing to have some finish that is partially flaked, and is missing some wood from the forearm, which extended closer to the muzzle. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
