Austrian M1854 Lorenz musket. Barrel shortened to 32" long, stock shortened to middle barrel band, and barrel bored out to about .65 caliber. Has Austrian eagle marking on lock and unusual engraved serial numbers on various metal parts. Has untouched rust patina overall, with some heavier rust on the buttplate. Stock very good, has a couple minor cracks in the ramrod channel edge, otherwise free of cracks and chips with light use and minor marks. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
