Austrian M1854 Lorenz musket. Dated 1860 (860) on lock with maker mark in circle on barrel. Metal parts have an attractive dark patina overall with a little pitting in the bolster area. Has long range rear sight. Stock is evenly worn, possibly light cleaned, has a hairline crack in the wrist which is only on the right side and not loose, and a couple slivers from the ramrod channel edges. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
