C1820-40 New England percussion conversion militia musket. Marked only with a clear "V" and eagle proof on barrel. Nice "attic mint" condition, untouched and uncleaned with a little pitting in the breech area and light rust overall. Missing one ramrod pipe and ramrod. Stock is fair with some missing slivers of wood at top of lockand forearm edges, forearm is broken and loose by barrel band. Mainspring missing or broken. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
