Hopkins & Allen "Dictator" revolver

Hopkins & Allen "Dictator" .32 caliber revolver. Metal parts have 95% nickel finish overall, with some scattered minor freckling, mostly on the cylinder, and has a few minor scratches, and an "H" scratched on the left side of the frame. Hammer cocks, but cylinder does not revovle. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
