Merwin & Hulburt Army size large frame single action revolver. Only marking visible is a portion of the "CALIBRE WINCHESTER 1873" on frame indicating .44-40 caliber. 5-1/2" barrel. Metal parts are worn with a dark patina and scattered light pitting. Checkered wooden grips are moderately worn and slightly loose, but are free of problems. Missing loading gate. Hammer striker is chipped and does not function mechanically. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
