Fancy engraved flintlock boxlock pistol with folding trigger by Oates, Worcester. Very nicely engraved on both sides of frame, British proofs on bottom of frame, and a nice even dark patina overall. Wood grip is very good, showing average wear and use with scattered minor marks, free of cracks and chips. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
