Interesting iron mounted, brass barreled flintlock pistol. Attributed to Halbach & Sons of Baltimore with distinctive shaped sideplate. 5" barrel of about .55 caliber, about 10" overall. Metal parts were cleaned at some point, having accumulated some patina since then. Iron parts show scattered pitting. Ramrod is a modern replacement. Stock is very good, showing average wear and use, with a small crack in front of the lock and by the buttcap. Missing forearm cap. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
