Allen & Thurber center hammer single shot percussion pistol. Flayderman 5A-008. Serial number 700. Unusually long barrel of 10" and .36 caliber. Overall has a deep even patina on metal parts. Has a little bit of minor pitting in the nipple area. Missing the triggerguard and the mainspring screw. Grips are very good with a small worn chip by each of the retaining screw escutcheons. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
