Percussion large bore boxlock pistol by Mitchell & Co Manchester, as marked on top of barrel. 3" barrel, about 8-1/2" overall, about .69 caliber. Metal parts have a dark brown patina overall, hammer nose is slightly chipped. Wood grip has fine checkering, showing average wear and use with a couple tiny corner nicks, otherwise free of cracks and chips. Hammer is slightly loose, but still cocks. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
