Percussion single barrel boxlock pistol by B. Woodward & Son London, as marked on top of barrel. 3" barrel, about 8" overall, about .48 caliber. Metal parts are nicely engraved and have dark brown patina overall and a little pitting on the barrel. Hammer spur is chipped off. Wood grip has fine checkering and is free of cracks and chips, with some dings on the butt from being used as a hammer. Mechanically good, except does not have half cock. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
