M1819 US North arsenal bolster percussion conversion pistol, dated 1822. Lock markings somewhat faint, has a nice cartouche in the stock opposite lock. Metal parts are a rebrowned finish that displays well, showing little pitting. Stock is very good, showing average wear and use overall with scattered minor marks, free ofcracks, with a couple minor slivers from the edge of the ramrod channel forward of the barrel band. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
