M1819 Hall Harpers Ferry rifle. Bold block marking and date of 1832. Metal parts are a medium patina with overall very light granular pitting. Stock is very good, showing average wear and use, having the usual chipping behind the frame, a little roughness at the rear of the butt and a couple slivers from the cleaning rod channel. Rod is short, from a carbine. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
