C1820-30 percussion converted New England kentucky rifle. 36" octagon barrel. Metal parts are smooth with a dark patina on the iron and a light to medium patina on the brass. Nice engraved patchbox and wrist escutcheon with fancy wire inlay. Stock is very fine, has one miniscule crack in toe of butt, otherwise free of cracks and chips. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
