antique Swiss M1889 Schmidt-Rubin straight-pull rifle. Serial number 49345. Metal parts have very fine original blue overall with some scattered light rust, mostly on the buttplate. Missing clip. Stock is fine, showing light wear with numerous minor marks overall, with a light crack to the left and right of the receiver tang that was pegged soundly a long time ago. Appears to be mechanically good. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
