fancy German pinfire double with gold inlaid maker name

Double barrel pinfire shotgun by G.L.Rasch Hofb?chsenmacher in Braunschweig, as inlaid on barrel rib in gold. Also inlaid with gold bands at barrel breeches and on right lock "W.J." and on left lock "d.1 October 1868" 30-1/2" barrels of about 16 gauge. Metal parts have dark untouched rust patina overall. Missing a forearm piece. Buttstock shows average wear overall with numerous minor marks, and a loose crack in the wrist. Mechanically good, except right hammer doesn't quite hold at cock. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
