Remington M1882 double barrel shotgun

Remington double barrel damascus shotgun. Appears to be Model 1882, as pictured in Flayderman's. Serial number 15236. 30" barrels, possibly 10 gauge. Marked on top of barrel "E.REMINGTON & SONS.ILION.N.Y." Metal parts have a medium patina overall with a little damascus finish on barrels and some scattered dark spots associated with a little light pitting. Stock is very good, showing some scattered scratches, some chips in the forearm edges and a wrist crack, as pictured. Appears to be mechanically good, hammers do not rebound, unknown if they would have originally. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
