Elliott Huntington & Co single barrel percussion fowler with 40" barrel

Single barrel percussion fowler by Elliott Huntington & Co, as marked on lock. Also marked "LONDON" on top of barrel, with British proofs by breech. 40" barrel of about .65 caliber. Barrel is lightly engraved on breech with silver bands. Ramrod rib is a loose near the muzzle. Metal parts have dark patina overall with scattered light rust. Stock very good, free of cracks, shows average use with scattered minor marks and a small piece of wood missing between the lockplate and barrel tang. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
