Replica M1855 Springfield pistol-carbine by Navy Arms. Serial number 525. Similar dimensions to the original, but with a standard percussion lock more reminiscent of a M1842 pistol. Metal parts have very fine color casehardening on the lock, blued barrel, and light patina on brass parts. Varnished stock is good with minor marks from handling. Lock is mechanically functional. We are not gunsmiths and do not warrant this gun to shoot safely. Please seek guidance from an expert in blackpowder gunsmithing if unsure about the safety and management of this rifle.
