Sharps New Model carbine converted to .50-70 cartridge. Serial number C18033. Metal parts show a medium gray patina overall with some light scattered storage rust and scattered pits. Has a small crack in the top tang by the screw hole. Stock shows moderate wear and use with scattered light to moderate handling marks, some small circular dings in the left side of the butt, a small sliver missing from forearm corner on right side and a corresponding sliver glued back on the left side. Does not have half cock but cocks fully as expected, lever operates as expected. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
