French M1763/66 officer's fusil musket - $750.00

French M1763/66 officer's fusil musket. 39-3/8" barrel of about .60 caliber bore. Includes barrel converted to percussion, full length stock, buttplate, lower barrel band, trigger and reproduction lockplate marked "Charleville". Metal parts are an untouched patina overall with some pitting in the barrel breech. Stock is good, may have been cleaned at some point, has a crack in the area of the sideplate and behind the lock mortise, shows some slivering to the forearm edges, and an extra band spring slot was cut into the forearm. Lockplate is the plate only, with one screw inside.
