Colt M1849 pocket model revolver with 5" barrel. Serial number 269082, matching except antique replacement lever numbered 7987. Metal parts are a medium gray with worn cleaning marks and some scattered pitting. Screws show marks from screwdriver use and butt screw is an antique replacement. Original barrel wedge is chipped. Grip shows moderate wear and use with a chip on the front corner. Functions mechanically but action shows wear. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
