C1840-60 percussion full stock rifle with Henry Parker trade lock. 38" octagon barrel of about .46 caliber bore. Barrel has a smooth, dark patina, lock is lightly cleaned to show marking, brass parts are a light yellow. Stock is a blonde maple with slightly curly grain, lightly refinished, has a couple lateral cracks in the forearm, small crack by side screw, worn chip in left side of forearm edge, and a little wood filler in the edges of the lock mortise. Hammer only has full cock. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
