Swiss M1878 Vetterli rifle. Serial number 185099. Metal parts are reblued surfaces with light pitting. Stock is lightly refinished with a minor chip in toe of butt and a filled gouge by the barrel key. Bolt spring appears to be broken/missing. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
