Nicely made Continental percussion double barrel shotgun, fancy script signature on locks appears to be "Rossel au havre". 30" barrels, 20 gauge. Nicely shaped iron mountings have attractive simple engraving and medium patina overall with a little pitting in the barrel breech area. Stock has an added gloss finish, nicely shaped checkering in wrist with incised decoration around it, wood is smooth and free of cracks and chips. Nice antique handmade ramrod. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
