Winchester Model 94 lever action carbine. Serial number 1231816, made in 1940. 20" round barrel, 32 W.S. (Winchester Special) caliber. Fine bright bore. It is difficult to discern original blue, markings are very sharp, suggesting original finish, but sides of frame don't seem quite sharp enough, and finish looks touched up in a few spots. Knurled pattern hammer, serrated steel butt plate. Stocks show glossy added finish with scattered minor impressions and handling marks. Ships to FFL dealer or C&R license holder where eligible. Appears to be mechanically functional. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot. Before considering using this arm, we recommend inspection by a professional gunsmith.
