American curly maple stocked flintlock longfowler. 45" barrel of about 0.58" bore. Nice uncleaned patina overall. Part octagon, part round barrel has a nice original rear sight and brass blade front sight. Buttplate heel and tang are broken off long ago. Nicely grained curly maple stock with patina surfaces showing scattered expected handling marks and initials "DLM" in right side of butt. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
