J. Stevens "tip up" single shot .22 caliber target pistol. Serial number 47820. 6" part octagon, part round barrel with elevation adjustable rear sight and fixed front sight. Metal parts have a mottled gray patina overall. Wood grips are good, showing light wear from use with some minor handling marks, and a couple minuscule corner nicks. Butt shows some dings from improper use as a hammer. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
