M1819 US percussion conversion pistol by S.North. Lock has good maker marking, not dated, excellent barrel proofs and a faint stock cartouche. Metal parts have a medium to dark patina overall with little scattered pitting. Hammer safety removedStock is very good, having a hairline crack in the wrist, a small crack behind the hammer and a tiny chip in the lock mortise at the front of the lock. Mechanically good except does not have half cock. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
