Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle. Serial number 360628, made in 1906. 26" octagon barrel, full magazine, 30 WCF (.30-30) caliber. Bore is slightly dark with just a slight bit of granularness, but still well-defined rifling. 80% blue finish on barrel shows general thinning with loss on crisp edges and scattered light smooth freckling, receiver shows mostly dark gray/brown patina with areas of thin blue remaining. Knurled pattern hammer, steel crescent butt plate and forearm nose cap. Stocks have attractive coloration and surfaces, showing some light handling marks, a couple of which are more moderate. Ships to FFL dealer or C&R license holder where eligible. Appears to be mechanically functional. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot. Before considering using this arm, we recommend inspection by a professional gunsmith.
